Boduf Songs is the latest artist in the infamous "Latitudes" series, and "The Strait Gate" is definitely one worth a try. Boduf Songs aka Mat Sweet is a new-folk singer-songerwriter who creates a depressive mix between avant-folk midnight music and eerie soundscapes. Released somewhere in May by Southern, it's one of their featured releases at the moment, and will only set you back £9. "The Strait Gate" comes on grey vinyl, limited to 300 copies.
